Wizard: Starting With Synthesized Gems - Chapter 24
Chapter 24 Official Wizard
Locke asked, “Well, esteemed Witch Barbara Wayne, what kind of magic does the Bone Cult specialize in?”
“What are the benefits of us joining?”
Barbara Wayne said, “The Bone Cult specializes in the magic of the Psychic School. Our magic in the Bone Cult’s direction is the most powerful in the southeast corner.”
“In addition to this, we are also good at the curse and black magic sub-areas of the spiritual school.”
“Once you join, you can do whatever you want, murder, arson, anything. The most important thing about the cult is that you have to offer a blood sacrifice to the leader of the Bone Cult every month. Other than that, we have no rules… Hahahaha… Do you want to join?”
Locke was speechless. He wanted to be a wizard, study magic, and explore the truth, not become a cult member.
But then again, how can killing and arson be considered freedom? I am not a pervert, so why do I need this kind of freedom?
Locke declined, “Ms. Barbara, my primary element is wood. I’m not very compatible with the magic that your Bone Cult specializes in, so forget it.”
Laun also quickly spoke up: “My primary compatible element is light element particles, and my secondary compatible element is wood element particles. I don’t meet your requirements either.”
Barbara Wayne’s expression suddenly darkened. “You two, you really don’t want to accept my toast.”
“I am a first-class wizard apprentice, and you are just small third-class wizard apprentices. In front of me, you are not much stronger than a weak baby.”
“In that case, I will take you away by force.”
Barbara Wayne stretched out her finger and lightly tapped the magic item in Lawen’s hand. Lawen was immediately shocked to find that the light silver light on the silver cross sword in his hand was extinguished quickly.
Swallowed by darkness.
Laun asked, “Why? How could this happen? Why did my magic item lose its effect?”
Barbara smiled and said, “You have still not traveled far enough on the path of magic. There are things that you cannot understand. This was your greatest support, and now it’s gone.”
“so……”
She looked at the mandrake vine wrapped around Locke’s right hand and said, “Young man, you are going the wrong way.”
“That plant of yours makes me feel very uncomfortable. You clearly have a talent for necromancy. I can see the thick aura of death lingering on your soul.”
Locke was shocked. So that’s how it was. The one who was really favored was him, and Lawn was just implicated by him.
The other party is a dark wizard with a high affinity for negative energy particles, so he can naturally roughly feel his own affinity for negative energy particles.
I am being targeted.
I’m afraid that on this wizard ship, many wizard seedlings with affinity for negative energy particles have been noticed by people from major black wizard organizations.
Barbara Wayne raised her hand and looked at the mandrake vine in Locke’s hand. “So, let me remove this eyesore from you.”
“Plant magic is nothing compared to undead magic.”
Locke was shocked. This vine hand was a magic that he had studied for two years before he mastered it. If it was really like the magic item in Lawn’s hand and was sealed by the other party, then his two years of effort would be almost wasted.
But the problem is, he has no idea what means the other party used to seal Laun’s demonized items.
The other party was a first-class wizard apprentice, and the methods he used were completely incomprehensible to him.
Now Locke gradually understands how deadly it is to not be able to understand the other party’s methods in the wizarding world.
This means that the gap between the two wizards is huge, so big that neither can understand the other’s magic.
Now that I have just entered the wizarding world, I have to face a relatively mature dark wizard. This is too difficult for me.
Just when Locke was about to mobilize the vine hand and fight back desperately, his heart suddenly sank and he felt something pressing on him. The huge pressure made Locke and Lawn beside him kneel on one knee on the ground.
But it wasn’t just the two of them. The mysterious Barbara Wayne in front of him also knelt on the ground, gritting her teeth.
The thirty zombies surrounding him exploded and turned into pieces in an instant.
Barbara Wayne seemed quite alarmed. “Official…official wizards…this time, the wizard ship is actually led by an official wizard.”
“Oh no! There are official wizards of the White Wizards here…”
The next moment, even greater demonic pressure came towards her from all directions, causing Barbara to spit out blood and making her almost unable to move.
“No, this radiation intensity is too high. Is this really the magic pressure that a living being can generate?”
Barbara quickly took out a bottle of unknown potion from her clothes and drank it.
Not only Barbara, but also many dark wizards in the black fog in the sky were knocked into the sea by this terrible magic pressure.
At this moment, all the plants on the deck swayed at the same time, as if welcoming someone’s arrival.
In an instant, all the zombies on the deck had a red flower growing on their heads. The flower absorbed nutrients from the zombies, then quickly withered and bore fruit.
In an instant, the zombie rain was broken.
The fruits fell on the deck and withered rapidly. From the withered seeds, butterflies composed of petals flew out one after another. Those butterflies turned into a sea of cherry blossoms and rushed towards the black fog.
Locke heard Teacher Jarvis on the deck say in surprise: “It was Master Zeno Smith, the official wizard of the Four Seasons Garden, who cast the Sakura Spell.”
A wizard appeared between Barbara, Locke and Laun. He was wearing a wizard robe embroidered with lily of the valley and hyacinth patterns, and a wizard hat decorated with at least five kinds of flowers.
A terrifying demonic pressure emanated from him.
Zeno Smith’s eyes were indifferent as he looked down at Barbara Wayne, who knelt on her knees. “The children of the Bone Cult have become more and more fond of telling jokes lately.”
“I don’t have much ability, but I have a lot of big talk.”
“You said my life magic is not as good as your psychic magic?”
“Since your teacher is doing an experiment with me recently, get out of here immediately.”
Barbara Wayne’s face turned pale. She hadn’t expected that this time, a wizard from the Four Seasons Garden would be following the wizard ship!
Without further ado, she turned around and transformed into a ball of black mist, fleeing in panic.
At the same time, many wizards in the black fog also chose to retreat.
Mentor Jarvis shouted, “Lord Zeno Smith, they’ve kidnapped at least 30% of the wizard apprentices. Do we need to chase them?”
Zeno Smith didn’t care much for this. “30%? Well, that’s good.”
“It’s 10% less than I thought.”
“Let those dark wizards go. If they don’t gain anything, they’ll start a war somewhere else.”
He glanced at the mandrake vine on Locke’s right hand, turned around and disappeared on the deck.
Instructor Jarvis seemed to want to say something, but in the end, he just stood on the deck and said nothing.
He simply said indifferently to the frightened wizard buddings on the deck: “This will be your training.”
“The dark wizards in the southeast corner often go to war with us white wizards.”
“Now that you have encountered them in advance, you can learn from them how to fight against those dark wizards in the future.”
After the incident, Locke and Lawen sat on the deck to rest. They were breathing lightly, and they had not yet recovered from the life-and-death crisis.
After a long time, Locke and Lawen smiled at each other, and Lawen took the initiative to give Locke a bear hug.
After experiencing this life-and-death crisis, the relationship between Locke and Lawn has taken a step further.
Lawn seemed to see himself as a reliable comrade.
Holding the ineffective enchanted weapon, Lawn said to Locke, “I was scared to death just now. I thought I would be forced to become a dark wizard in the future.”
Locke looked at his sword and said, “But your magic item is unusable, isn’t it? That’s a pity.”
Laun said indifferently: “There’s nothing we can do. Life is more important. Once we join the wizard organization, we will eventually find a way to lift the seal.”
Locke nodded and said to Lawn, “I’m going to look for my friends to see if they are still on this ship.”
I hope Patty and Code were not taken away by the dark wizards.
Laun said, “I want to go look for him too. I just saw a wizard apprentice from Schleswig being taken away by those damn dark wizards.”
“I feel so sorry for my friend.”
“He’s so unlucky.”
Locke glanced at Lawen, afraid that Lawen would feel unfortunate for his old friend now, but the next time they met again, one would be a black wizard and the other a white wizard.
That’s the enemy.
Locke quickly searched the deck and soon found the frightened Cord and Patty.
It seems that the two of them were not captured by the dark wizards because they had no affinity related to negative energy particles.
Locke consoled the two with a few words, then stared blankly at the spot where the official wizard of Four Seasons Garden had disappeared. After this crisis, Locke’s desire for more powerful magic became even stronger.
That appearance suppressed all the dark wizards and was deeply imprinted in his mind.
Is this the power of a proper wizard?
I want to possess it too!
