Chapter 8 Disciple

Zuowang Peak is so high and vast that it could almost be a world unto itself. Forget Yingning, even for Shan Zhi, a novice, navigating it back and forth in a short time would be a struggle.

So, before ascending the peak the next day, Li Xun decided to show off a bit. He took out the cloud chariot he had made for Yingning that day, modified it slightly, and then carried the five of them eastward and westward, like clouds drifting through the mountains, floating and drifting like celestial beings.

However, Li Xun was burdened with heavy thoughts at the moment, and even when he was having fun, he felt a lack of enthusiasm.

Fortunately, he was only responsible for pointing out the buried locations of the stone slabs, and Qi Bi and the others were excited, so the atmosphere was quite good.

The cloud chariot, powered by the art of cloud driving, was not slow. At noon the next day, when Li Xun dug up a pile of stone slabs from their last burial site, everyone, including Qi Bi, cheered and cheered, and the atmosphere was extremely lively.

Li Xun glanced at them, shrugged, picked out three slabs from the stack that he thought were still valuable, and handed them to Yingning.

The little girl didn’t care about the mud on them, and took them carefully, with a very happy look on her face: “I’ll go wash them!”

Qi Bi stroked the little girl’s bun and said lovingly: “There seems to be a small lake in the east. I’ll go with you.”

Yingning agreed with a smile, and Qi Bi took her away on a flying sword.

Li Xun clapped his hands and laughed, “Mission accomplished”, but no one paid any attention to him. He turned his eyes in surprise, and saw Shan Zhi staring at the direction where Qi Bi left, lost in thought. Lingji seemed to have realized something, looked at Shan Zhi, then at the sword light in the air, as if thinking about something.

This situation was frustrating to watch, and the complicated relationship involved made people frown.

Li Xun cursed inwardly, “You’re asking for your own death!” He clapped his hands and woke up his two companions: “It’s getting late. Although we can fast, Yingning is still growing. Let’s go get some food.”

Naturally, no one objected to this.

“Then I’ll go catch some fish!” Shan Zhi immediately volunteered to take the job and flew off on his sword. Looking at the direction his sword was pointing, it was clearly the direction Qi Bi went.

Li Xun could only shake his head and turned to Lingji and said: “Then let’s go hunt some wild game. There are many spiritual birds and beasts on Zuowang Peak, but if you want to find delicious food, you still have to ask me, a local snake, for help.”

His teasing was ineffective. Although Lingji was also smiling, his expression was quite forced. Li Xun understood, but his face was bewildered. “What’s wrong?”

Lingji stared at the direction where Shan Zhi’s sword light had disappeared, silent for a long moment before turning to Li Xun and asking, “Junior Brother Xun, is there something wrong with Senior Brother Shan?”

He felt his expression wasn’t quite accurate, and added with a frown, “I mean, he’s been diligent lately, but there’s always a sense of, well, how should I put it, a bit too excited. Also, I’ve noticed lately that he’s been secretly watching…”

Lingji was an honest man after all, and by this point, he was already reluctantly saying what he wanted to say. The rest of the sentence got stuck in his throat, unable to come out, and his face flushed red.

Seeing him like this, Li Xun felt like he was being a bit pretentious. Sighing, he helped Lingji to say, “Look at Senior Sister Qi Bi, right?”

Lingji widened his eyes and was stunned for a long time before shouting, “So it really is… You knew it a long time ago?

Then why didn’t you persuade him?”

“Persuade?” Li Xun put his arm around Lingji’s shoulders and said with a wry smile, “Why don’t you go and tell him that Senior Sister Qi is married, and that no matter what she wants to do, even if she has any thoughts in her mind, they are all obstacles. She should calm down, practice hard, and eventually become enlightened… Why don’t you try it?”

Although Lingji was honest, he was not a fool. Just by listening to Li Xun’s tone, he knew that he had taken things for granted.

He hurriedly bowed his head to apologize, then scratched his head and said, “Then what should we do? I think Senior Brother Shan Zhi’s condition is very serious. We should do something.”

Li Xun has always admired this kind-hearted senior brother. Not wanting to make him anxious, he patted him on the shoulder and pondered, “In fact, the most effective way is to let Senior Sister Qi talk to him in person and let him give up the idea. But he might have gotten into a dead end at this time…

“Senior Sister Qi still doesn’t know about this, and she has had some problems with the eldest brother recently. If we disturb her at this time, if things go wrong, I’m afraid we won’t even be able to be senior sisters and brothers, and that would be terrible.”

Lingji grinned when he heard this, and said after a while, “Then, can we let him fall in love with someone else? There are still many senior sisters and junior sisters on the mountain…”

Under Li Xun’s gaze, his voice became lower and lower, and finally inaudible.

Li Xun tried to hold it back, but finally couldn’t hold it back anymore and burst into laughter, turning away again. Lingji had been speaking with such force, and now he wished he could find a crack in the ground to crawl into, his face flushed to the color of pig liver.

Not wanting to embarrass him too much, Li Xun quickly dropped his smile and shook his head, saying, “Of course, that’s one way.

But you know what Senior Brother Shan was like before, and that’s something you can’t hide from anyone. Besides, most of the sect’s disciples still have a strong heart for the Dao. There might not be one like Senior Sister Qi in ten. Add those two together, and who are you going to turn to?”

Lingji was speechless and could only remain silent.

Li Xun sighed, a thought lingering in his heart, unspoken: “The guiding light has been buried deep within my heart, fueled by evil desires for decades, intertwined. How can I dig it out now?”

Lingji hadn’t found a good way to “save” Shan Zhi, and his mood was clearly affected. He went hunting with a weak temper. Li Xun specifically tasked him with capturing a cunning flying fox, hoping to divert his attention.

Meanwhile, Li Xun found a cool, sheltered spot and built a simple stove. Accustomed to the wild, he was naturally adept at the task, and soon completed it. After a moment’s deliberation, he ascended to a higher point and peered out over the horizon toward Qi Bi.

The withered winter vegetation gave the view a distinctly wider view. Li Xun soon spotted Shan Zhi, several miles away, by a mountain stream, using exaggerated gestures to try to make Qi Bi laugh. The effect seemed to be working, and this excited Shan Zhi even more, his unbridled laughter audible from across the area.

Li Xun sat cross-legged, observing the distant scene with apathy. He had practically created this situation, but now, it seemed to offer him no sense of accomplishment.

If one were to apply Yin Sanren’s “difference between wolf and dog,” a wolf clearly wouldn’t be tempted by a puppy’s toys. It would be very confused, not understanding why the poor little guy was so obsessed with so many meaningless things.

Li Xun should be in this state. At this moment, he watched from afar the

man and woman who had been “tampered” by him talking and laughing over there, but he was completely uninterested. After watching for a long time, he even felt bored and annoyed… He might as well just crush them to death!

This thought flashed through his mind like lightning, and disappeared in an instant. Even Li Xun didn’t dare to confirm whether he had really had such a thought. He sighed deeply and shifted his gaze to the girl on the side.

“Yingning… By the way, it seems that in addition to being the Yuantai Daoti, she is also called Ruyi Yuying. This identity must be very precious. If I really lead her to practice, I wonder if there are any taboos?”

Thinking of this, Li Xun once again realized the gap between himself and the long-established True Person Realm cultivator—at least in terms of knowledge, he was far behind. Fortunately, he had a “tool” that could be considered a walking dictionary of the Tongxuan Realm.

Sensing his thoughts, the void trembled slightly, and Yin Sanren, dressed in a plain Taoist robe, stepped into the air and stood upright behind Li Xun. A gentle breeze blew, his whisk fluttering, and his robes fluttered, making him look like an immortal.

Li Xun glanced back at her, frowning. “Are you trying to cause me trouble? There are others around!”

“Ah, sorry. The night before last, I thought you had changed your attitude and were being reckless.”

Yin Sanren bowed slightly, his expression respectful and gentle, but his tone still stung. Speaking in this way did her no good, but it was precisely this method she relied on to maintain her last shred of dignity.

“The night before last?”

“Didn’t you? When your uncle Mingji questioned you, how did you respond? Xu Kang of the Heavenly Demon Sword Sect, wasn’t it?”

“Xu Kang?”

After repeating the name a few times, Li Xun finally remembered that this incident had indeed occurred the night before. Mingji had pushed him too far, and he had no choice but to drag this man into the fray. But what did his “attitude” have to do with it

?

“Why not? Now that you’ve brought up Xu Kang, have you ever considered how you’re going to cover up later?”

Li Xun’s eyebrows twitched. The tone of Yin Sanren’s voice made it clear the question wasn’t about “how to cover up” but “did you ever consider it?”

It was a rather intriguing question. Li Xun reflected on it carefully. Indeed, when he brought up Xu Kang, he hadn’t considered the consequences at all. It seemed a bit thoughtless. However, now that Yin Sanren had reminded him, he felt no regrets.

Li Xun, no fool, quickly realized that this was Yin Sanren’s response to the phrase “looking for trouble,” and also a guide to his cultivation mindset.

He nodded at Yin Sanren, accepting the favor, and stopped talking about “trouble.” He simply steered the conversation back to its original direction: “Tell me how that little girl should be raised. What does your niece mean when she says she’s a ‘Ruyi Jade Infant’?” “

Yin Sanren did not answer immediately, but observed from a distance for a while with a rare serious attitude, and then nodded and said: “It is indeed the Ruyi Jade Infant. Wanru’s eyesight is not bad. But then again, are you sure you want to create her?”

Seeing the meaningful look of the nun, Li Xun thought in his heart, and did not say it out loud. He only said: “Such good materials and beautiful quality, how can we waste them? I just don’t understand the ins and outs of this, so I asked you! By the way, you haven’t explained clearly the wonderfulness of this Ruyi Jade Infant!”

“Well, to put it simply, you can regard the Ruyi Jade Infant as a top-grade external alchemy cauldron, which is roughly equivalent to a superb dual cultivation partner… There is a saying in the Yin and Yang Sect that “cauldrons are easy to get, but Jade Infants are hard to find.” “

Li Xun had also heard this from Qin Wanru, and he sneered when he heard it: “An old trick of Yin and Yang.”

Yin Sanren ignored him and continued, “It’s just that this cauldron is different from ordinary ones. The so-called “Jade Infant” is actually the Yuantai Dao Body. You are also a person who has been there, you should know how wonderful its transparent and flawless physical essence is in tempering the mixed true breath in the body. This is inestimable to those who practice magic skills and evil methods.”

If it were in the past, Li Xun might not care, but now he is practicing the most advanced magic skills of the Blood God Son, and it is a critical moment, so he can’t help but feel a little moved.

But Yin Sanren hadn’t finished speaking: “But for this little girl, the word “Ruyi” is the key.

Ruyi means auspiciousness and peace of mind. In connection with practice, it means that the body follows the heart and achieves the wonderful appearance of the devil. “

“The Wonderful Appearance of the Heavenly Demon, the Art of Charm?”

Yin Sanren laughed dumbly and said, “I guess so. Although the Wonderful Appearance of the Heavenly Demon is regarded as heterodox in Buddhism, it can be regarded as the pinnacle

of the Art of Charm. The ‘Devil Dance’ derived from it is the most superior secret method of the Yin-Yang Sect, second only to the ‘Yin Fu Jing’. “And this little girl’s bones, orifices, and joints all meet the requirements of the Wonderful Appearance of the Heavenly Demon. If she uses special techniques to stabilize her form and cultivate her mind, she will be able to achieve a small success in the ‘Devil Dance’ within sixty years. By then, it will be a top-notch living magic weapon.”

Li Xun felt that his brain was not enough, or that there was something wrong with his ears. He frowned and said, “Magic weapon?”

“Yes, it is a magic weapon.” A smile appeared on Yin Sanren’s lips, and there was a strong sense of self-deprecation: “The art of puppetry is indeed unique to the Ghost Devouring Shadow Sect, but it is, after all, the art of ‘cultivating the dead’. And this Ruyi Jade Infant is a means of ‘cultivating the living’. As for which is stronger, that is a matter of opinion. “

Seeing that Li Xun looked quite disapproving, Yin Sanren smiled slightly and said, “Even if it fails, we can still train her into a beauty… You should be able to see that although this girl is young, she has a charming body. She would be a good choice to entertain and relieve boredom in the future.”

Li Xun glanced at her, and suddenly reached out, grabbed her robe sleeve, and pulled it down. The stunning woman fell into his arms, and in an instant, her soft jade and warm fragrance filled his fingertips.

“Beauty? Isn’t the best beauty in the world here?”

Amidst the laughter, Li Xun’s palm reached into Yin Sanren’s clothes with ease. The beauty in his arms hummed softly, and her whole body almost melted into his chest.

However, neither of them made any further moves, and finally, Li Xun whispered in the beauty’s ear, “How’s that for you?”

“Ruyi Tianmo Nu was born for you men, what do you say?”

Li Xun snorted, but it was undeniable that his heart was stirred by the words. Fortunately, he still had the composure to continue, “Let’s not talk about the cauldron for now. Let me ask you, in your opinion, if I were to accept her as a disciple, how should I guide her in her cultivation?”

“That would be a waste of talent,”

Yin Sanren said casually, but he soon paid the price for it.

Li Xun’s fingers tightened inside her clothes, and the stinging sensation at her most vulnerable spot was like the plucked strings of a zither, the reverberations rippling through her body.

She gasped softly, her body suddenly curling up, then slowly straightening under the continuous stimulation. Every part of her body lost control under the dual assault of physical desire and mental energy.

Ever since Li Xun’s brutal assault on her mental defenses, Yin Sanren was no longer able to resist such tactics. Within a few breaths, her vision was hazy, almost lost in a state of ecstasy. A fine layer of sweat formed on her body, making her skin even more delicate and smooth, making Li Xun unable to let go.

Of course, Li Xun wasn’t so bold as to engage in such a tangle in the wilderness, under the eyes of so many fellow disciples, so he held back. Therefore, Yin Sanren was still able to maintain a glimmer of clarity. She panted softly, a hint of provocation gracing her lips.

“If you don’t believe me, just give me half a day and you can see my skills!”

Just as he finished speaking, the sound of sword whistling was approaching in the distance. Li Xun frowned and nodded in response, “Okay, I want to see how I squander things!”

The two looked at each other. Yin Sanren smiled lightly, her eyes clear again, and her body immediately sank into the void. If it weren’t for the fragrance on Li Xun’s fingertips, she would have thought she had just had a dream.

Shan Zhi’s loud laughter rang out, full of high-spiritedness. He jumped down from mid-air, holding three live fish in his hands, and flashed them in front of Li Xun’s eyes: “I’ve selected for a long time, and only this kind of fish doesn’t look good. This is why it passed the test of Senior Sister Qi. Hehe, you have a kind heart!”

Li Xun took the fish calmly, covered the lingering fragrance on his hands with the fishy smell, nodded and smiled: “Don’t look at this fish’s ugly appearance, but the meat is fresh and there are few bones. It is a first-class delicacy.”

Shan Zhi became more proud when he heard the words, and seeing that there was no one around, he couldn’t help but mouth: “Junior Brother Xun, didn’t you see how happy Senior Sister Qi was laughing? Wenhai… cough, I mean that Senior Brother Wenhai is really unromantic. Senior Sister Qi should be like this. Why bother to be so depressed!”

If it were in the past, at this time, Li Xun would cater to him with a few words to satisfy Shan Zhi’s vanity. But just as he was about to speak, a flash of Lingji’s expression flashed through his mind. His heart softened, and his tone changed. “Yes, Senior Sister Qi’s mood has calmed down quite a bit. I never thought Yingning would be so useful.”

Li Xun’s words seemed to slip out of his mind, and he glanced over with a smile. Shan Zhi’s expression of astonishment was clear.

However, he quickly smiled again, “That’s true, but I came up with all those tricks. Humph, Senior Sister Qi and our Senior Brother Wen have only met a couple of times in the last month or two, but she’s been hanging out with us most of the time. You say…”

He was halfway through his words when Lingji arrived on his sword. Shan Zhi finally calmed down a bit when he saw Lingji approaching, and started talking about the fish. However, seeing the flying fox Lingji was holding, he brought in his own experience, saying that the fox was so adorable that Senior Sister Qi might not let him.

Lingji agreed halfheartedly, but his eyes flicked towards Li Xun. Li Xun shook his head slightly, adding in his mind, “Hopeless!”

The delicate connection between the three of them came to a temporary end after Qi Bi and the others returned. But it must be said that although Shan Zhi had made no progress in his cultivation over the past few decades, he was indeed very good at guessing Qi Bi’s thoughts.

It was just as he expected… and even more intense than he expected. Upon seeing the pitiful little fox with snow-white fur in Ling Ji’s hands, not only Qi Bi but even Ying Ning expressed strong sympathy. After a few exchanges, the little fox was transferred from the grill to Ying Ning’s arms.

The little creature, slyly observing the expressions of those around it, quickly understood how to save its life. So, it curled up with all its might and placed its pointed head in Ying Ning’s arms, making the girl giggle.

Qi Bi reached out and gently stroked the little creature’s smooth fur, but soon her gaze lingered solely on Ying Ning, as if the girl’s laughter alone brought her ultimate satisfaction.

Taking it all in, Li Xun sighed softly and glanced at Shan Zhi, but saw no sign of awakening. Instead, under Qi Bi’s radiant maternal aura, his fascination only deepened.

Just then, out of the corner of his eye, Li Xun caught a glimpse of Ling Ji grilling fish. His face was shrouded in thought, his expression shifting, and he had completely forgotten how to control the heat.

Li Xun had no choice but to reach out and take over the task. Ling Ji was startled when the grill was snatched from his hands, but when he saw it was Li Xun, he forced a smile.

Lunch proceeded in this strange atmosphere—Shan Zhi, Qi Bi, and Ying Ning were talking animatedly, while Li Xun and Ling Ji exchanged cryptic glances. This atmosphere lasted until Yingning yawned, a tired look on her face.

Li Xun’s brows twitched. Just now, he felt that Yin Sanren had made some unusual movements, and his target was Yingning. Thinking of Yin Sanren’s previous words, he immediately knew that the “half-day appointment” had begun.

After a few yawns, Yingning could no longer stop herself from feeling sleepy. Although she struggled a few times, she could not even open her eyes in the end. This look was certainly not something that could be hidden from others. Qi Bi first stroked her forehead, then whispered, “Are you tired?” Yingning

nodded obediently, muttering, “So sleepy.”

“Maybe she’s been too excited these past two days. Let her sleep for a while.”

Li Xun began to make room for Yin Sanren, saying, “It’s very cold in winter. She might catch a cold if she sleeps like this. It’s best to find a sheltered place. I’ll set up a restriction to be on the safe side.” Qi Bi

thought about it and agreed. Shan Zhi jumped up and said, “I’ll go find a place.” Before

Li Xun could say anything, Lingji said, “Then I’ll go too. It’s not easy to find a sheltered cave on this mountain.”

Li Xun glanced at Lingji and nodded silently. It felt like Lingji wanted to do something. Li Xun knew it very well, but he had no reason to stop him. After all, emotionally, no one present was an authority!

When the two left, Yingning couldn’t stop her sleepiness and fell asleep in Qi Bi’s arms. Afraid that she would catch a cold, Qi Bi hugged the girl tighter. The lucky little flying fox was sandwiched between the two beauties, so happy that she could hardly open her eyes.

At this moment, only Qi Bi and Li Xun were left facing each other. Li Xun couldn’t think of any topic for a while, so he simply didn’t say anything and cleaned up the mess by himself. While he was busy, a whisper suddenly rang in his ears.

“Junior Brother Xun, I’m very grateful to you!”

“Huh?”

“Thank you for bringing Yingning up the mountain!”

Qi Bi smiled, her eyes full of satisfaction: “Actually, I just want a good daughter like Yingning, to practice with her. As for whether she can achieve enlightenment or ascend to heaven in the end, it doesn’t matter. As long as our family lives quietly in the mountains, that’s enough.”

Somehow, Li Xun couldn’t bear Qi Bi’s expression. Maybe Qi Bi herself didn’t feel it. When she said the word “we”, her eyes were as gentle as water, but it did not penetrate the void and involve someone who was not here, but fell on Li Xun.

Li Xun was not one to be sentimental, nor did he want to cause unnecessary trouble. He coughed and said with a smile, “Senior Sister, you’ve got the wrong person to thank this time. If it weren’t for Senior Brother Wen and Junior Brother Lingji, who risked their lives to protect her, this child probably wouldn’t have survived to this day.”

At the mention of “Senior Brother Wen,” Qi Bi’s brow furrowed slightly, then she shook her head slightly. The smile remained, but it was a bit forced.

“Your Senior Brother Wen Hai is completely focused on sect affairs, unwilling to neglect his cultivation. His life is extremely difficult, yet he has no time for such things. He may be able to save thousands of girls, but he wouldn’t care about a single Yingning… In the future, if you ask him who Yingning is, he might not even remember!”

This might be a joke, but seeing Qi Bi’s unconscious sneer, Li Xun couldn’t help but laugh.

Even more devastating, Qi Bi quickly pointed the finger at him: “Speaking of which, as a master, you must not follow the example of your Senior Brother Wen Hai and mistreat her like this. Otherwise, I will not let you off!”

Li Xun laughed, “Of course, of course!”

Mercifully, just as Li Xun seemed about to collapse, a sword whistle echoed through the sky. Lingji returned on his sword, but the sound was so loud that Qi Bi glared at him from afar.

Lingji quickly sheathed his sword and leaped from mid-air. With a cough, he said, “We found a cave with decent conditions. Shan Zhi is watching over there. Let’s move Yingning there.”

Li Xun’s sharp eyes could tell at a glance that this kid’s mentality was ten times worse than before. He must have been unable to contain himself any longer, and he had taken that opportunity to make the matter clear to Shan Zhi.

The result, naturally, was disastrous.

He maintained a smile, but Li Xun knew clearly in his heart that the cancer he had suppressed for decades had finally been exposed.

The cave they found was quite impressive. Li Xun suspected it was an abandoned monastic retreat. It was clean and fresh, free of bird and animal droppings, and even had excellent ventilation, likely due to a special design.

However, that didn’t matter anymore.

Li Xun casually set up a barrier to stabilize the temperature inside the cave. Then he took the sleeping Yingning from Qi Bi’s arms and gently placed her on the soft thatched floor.

After doing this, he and Qi Bi exchanged a smile. Before they could speak, footsteps sounded, and Shan Zhi, who had been outside the cave, entered and spoke softly.

“Senior Sister Qi, can you please come out for a moment?”

Shan Zhi’s face was blurry in the dim light, but his tone remained calm. However, Li Xun had never heard him speak so calmly before.

Qi Bi didn’t feel anything was wrong and smiled, “What’s wrong?”

Shan Zhi just hummed lightly. Qi Bi had no reason to refuse, so she smiled slightly and signaled with her eyes that Li Xun should take good care of Yingning. Then she stood up and went out with Shan Zhi. The two of them paused for a while outside the cave, then flew a long distance on their swords, out of Li Xun’s range of perception.

Li Xun frowned and thought for a moment, then stood up and walked out of the cave. Just then, he saw Ling Ji also flying on his sword and chasing the two of them.

After a moment’s thought, Li Xun decided not to join in the fun, because he had already sensed that Yin Sanren had come out of the cave and was doing something.

He walked back and glanced at the flying fox that had recently become Yingning’s pet. It was lying on the ground, covering its head with its two short front paws in a very human way, shaking all over, and had already paralyzed.

Yin Sanren, who suddenly appeared in the cave, though her aura was concealed, at close range, her uniquely Grandmaster-level imposing presence weighed as heavily as a mountain to the naturally sensitive Feihu. It was remarkable that the timid little creature hadn’t died of fright on the spot.

Yet, Yin Sanren, possessing such authority, now knelt gracefully on the ground, her fingers hidden within her robe sleeves gently stroking the sleeping girl’s face. The next moment, under Li Xun’s astonishment, the girl’s cheeks flushed.

Li Xun was certain that Yingning was still asleep. He wondered what method Yin Sanren had used to make the girl’s body so sensitive. What was she trying to do?

Yin Sanren smiled faintly, glanced back at Li Xun, and nodded in acknowledgement. Without pause, her hand slid down the girl’s face, caressing her neck and shoulder before slipping into Yingning’s skirt. The movement was as gentle as silk, yet the effect was truly breathtaking.

The girl’s exposed skin was covered in a layer of scarlet, shiny and smooth, as if it was about to glow. Her breathing was also a little rapid, and her delicate eyebrows were slightly wrinkled, as if she had encountered some problems in her sleep. But she still hadn’t woken up.

Li Xun certainly didn’t understand the girl’s dream. He only saw that Yingning’s petite body began to twist restlessly, and began to struggle between wakefulness and sleep, but in the end, she still fell into a deeper dream.

Her face became more rosy, and there was even a thin layer of sweat on her forehead. Later, a moan as thin as a flute, continuous and thin, overflowed from the corner of her lips, and echoed in the dimness.

In a slight embarrassment, Li Xun saw Yin Sanren withdraw his hand from the girl’s collar, but quickly moved it down, and before Li Xun could stop him, he explored another private place.

Li Xun’s eyes widened as he watched Yin Sanren’s fingers thrust out and then retracted. When they reappeared, there was a hint of warmth and glistening liquid on the fingertips.

Instantly, Li Xun reacted!

Yin Sanren looked back at Li Xun’s strange expression, raised his eyebrows and smiled, then gently brushed the finger, which still had some liquid on it, across his red lips. A layer of mist suddenly covered his bright eyes.

Li Xun gasped, but still couldn’t suppress the fire rising in his heart.

“Fairy, what a fairy!”

Li Xun could no longer bear it, and strode forward, grabbing the arm that had not yet been retracted. Amidst the beauty’s low laughter, he pulled her to the ground with force and pressed himself on top of her. Their bodies were entangled, and at their feet was the girl who was still lingering in her e*otic dream.

After two fierce swipes at Yin Sanren’s jade-like body, Li Xun suppressed the urge to strike with her sword and shoes. Her voice rasped,

she growled, “What the hell are you doing?” Yin Sanren replied with a slender finger. The jade-like finger gently brushed Li Xun’s face, and the subtle fragrance lingering on its fingertips filled his nose.

Thinking of the source of this subtle fragrance, Li Xun groaned, feeling his lower abdomen harden even further. Just then, Yin Sanren whispered, “Don’t you understand yet?”

“What do you understand? A little girl’s sensitivity?”

Li Xun caressed the beauty’s breasts, speaking casually, “With you, Yin Sanren, at my disposal, not only this little girl, but even a cultivator at the True Person Realm wouldn’t be able to escape!”

“Thank you for the compliment! However, my ‘Shocking Dream’ technique isn’t for aphrodisiac purposes. Why don’t you ask what exactly this girl is dreaming about?” Li

Xun paused, staring at Yin Sanren’s beaming face. He narrowed his eyes and asked, “What dream?”

“Wanru is dreaming about whatever you did to her back then. Isn’t it interesting?”

Back then…

Yin Sanren’s words plunged Li Xun into an overwhelming trance of memories. He was in a trance for a long moment before waking up and asking, “What do you mean?”

“It’s nothing. I’m just comparing Wanru to her. Of course, to make the results clearer, do you mind if I find two more examples?”

Li Xun’s interest piqued. He leaned sideways on his elbow, creating a slight distance between him and Yin Sanren, and said with a smile, “Tell me about it.”

Yin Sanren smiled faintly, smoothing his tangled hair slightly before saying, “Since you’re accepting her as your disciple, and we’re on Lianxia Mountain, then she’ll undoubtedly be practicing the techniques of the Mingxin Sword Sect. While she may not have yet entered the sect, she’s at least practiced the authentic Xuanmen for ten years. Besides her skills, she’s also supposed to possess a calm and composed demeanor. But look at her now. Does she possess a calm and composed demeanor?”

He didn’t need to look to see that the girl was still restless, her low moans intermittent, resonating distinctly in the empty cave. Li Xun felt sorry for her.

Yin Sanren knew his thoughts from the look on his face. Amidst a low chuckle, a warm body pressed against him, rubbing against his. Just as his stomach was aching, she whispered softly in his ear, “Think about it: what would happen if your Uncle Mingji encountered this?”

Li Xun froze at the first sound of these words. What Yin Sanren described was something he had personally experienced, and it had left a deep impression on him. His heart almost followed the words, and countless images streamed through his mind, so vivid they seemed almost illusory, impossible to distinguish between reality and illusion.

For a moment, Li Xun felt almost mesmerized by these breathtakingly beautiful images, his body responding faithfully. However, before he could fully lose himself, a sword chant, as if from the heavens, resonated within his mind.

At that moment, Mingji’s calm, sharp gaze suddenly appeared before Li Xun’s eyes, like a cold shower, instantly bringing him back to reality.

His gaze swept across Yin Sanren’s face, cold and devoid of any hint of romantic thought.

“What do you mean?”

He had a vague feeling that this was another provocation from Yin Sanren, as if this woman delighted in seeing him overcome by his dark emotions, though she harbored no inherent malice.

However, it was clear that even Yin Sanren hadn’t anticipated his profound mental advancement this time.

Surprise, even admiration, was evident on his face, and his tone was much calmer when he spoke again.

“You’ve thought of that, too. If it were Mingji, a woman of profound inner clarity and renowned as a swordsman, given her temperament, even if she were a delicate woman, she would have fought to the death. Even in a ‘beautiful dream

,’ she would have drawn her sword against him. If Mingji is like this, what about Mingru?”

Yin Sanren, seemingly addicted to talking about the beauty of the Mingxin Sword Sect, casually brought up Mingru.

Li Xun’s relationship with Mingru wasn’t nearly as close as Mingji’s, but over the decades, they had a certain understanding. This Immortal Master Mingru was arguably the most beautiful woman in Lianxia Mountain. Her beauty was unparalleled, and her disposition was incredibly gentle and pure. She was the polar opposite of Mingji.

Yet, why, comparing the situation “back then,” did Li Xun still find it difficult to reconcile?

He frowned in thought, while Yin Sanren, standing beside him, smiled and replied, “Mingru is gentle on the outside, but strong on the inside. In that situation, she certainly couldn’t match Mingji’s sharp edge, but she possessed a certain fierceness, and would not betray her will even at the cost of her life. If she were to be possessed by this enchanting dream technique, she would awaken with a start within a few breaths, no longer in this state.”

“So, when I was very interested in them back then, I didn’t really take action, and it was based on this principle. With a character like theirs, devoting themselves to the Xuanmen sect and practicing orthodox cultivation would be just the right place to achieve twice the result with half the effort.”

Putting aside the information Yin Sanren inadvertently revealed, Li Xun immediately grasped the deep meaning of her words: “So you mean, Yingning won’t work out?”

Yin Sanren nodded and said, “Not only will it not work out, you see, she met in her dream, was half-hearted, and then got deeply involved and couldn’t extricate herself. Just in terms of intelligence, she is far inferior to Mingji and Mingru! For cultivators, opportunity comes first, intelligence comes second, and bones come last. Even if one has a good bones and practices very diligently, it will be of no use when they encounter a disaster.”

These words are a combination of Yin Sanren’s thousands of years of experience and knowledge, and can be regarded as the most authoritative judgment. Li Xun was indeed convinced by her, but thinking of the girl’s heartfelt admiration and respect for him from beginning to end, he couldn’t help but hesitate.

Yin Sanren stopped talking, simply waved his sleeve, retracting the “Shocking Dream” technique, and meticulously straightened her slightly disheveled clothing. The girl’s breathing quickly calmed, and as the blush slowly faded, her sleeping face became as pure and transparent as crystal, inspiring a sense of pity.

However, after witnessing her earlier seductive moans, Li Xun found it difficult to observe her with a calm mind. More importantly, this polar shift, like ice and fire, suddenly reminded him of someone.

Others couldn’t sense the surging emotions, but Yin Sanren was all too aware. She turned and smiled, “Right, just as you think, if she continues to cultivate in the Mingxin Sword Sect for a hundred years, then she will clearly be another…

” “Qingyin!”

Feihu, huddled in a corner, groaned, her entire body curled up into a ball, trembling in the cave’s chilling pressure.

“Junior Brother Xun, something terrible has happened!”

Lingji’s panicked voice rushed in, and Yin Sanren’s figure seemed like an illusory bubble, disappearing with a thud.

Li Xun stood up suddenly and watched Lingji rush in frantically, his face pale, obviously panicked.

“Something terrible has happened! Senior Brother Shan tried to hug Senior Sister Qi, but Senior Sister Qi slapped him, and then flew down the mountain on a sword!”

Please continue to look forward to the sequel to the second part of Netherworld Immortal Journey
