In short, it can be quite useful in specific scenarios. However, Extinction Order weapons are rarely used and have a narrow application, and Hydraulic Star Destroyers are even more limited, and they are also prohibitively expensive.

These characteristics dictate that a finished product be manufactured in a black box and kept on hand for backup. Unlike a Warmaster-class Titan, it does not significantly contribute to the Alliance’s warfighting capabilities, and is practically useless in conventional warfare.
