Keyboard Immortal - Chapter 2810
Chapter 1323 Dream Star
Zu An was startled and was about to explain when he suddenly realized that this wasn’t Ting Xue, but Yan Hua’s skill.
“Don’t be silly, um…”
Before he could finish speaking, he was silenced by a kiss, and Ting Xue wrapped her arms around him: “Do you hate me that much?”
“Ting Xue wouldn’t be like you.” Zu An sighed. To be honest, her tone and expression were exactly the same as the real Ting Xue.
It’s just that Ting Xue wouldn’t take the initiative to be affectionate with him like this.
“Looks like you like the ice queen type.” Ting Xue’s voice turned cold, no longer as warm as before, but instead had a chilling aura that kept people at a distance.
Zu An’s scalp tingled. To be honest, he was indeed very tempted, but this was just too strange.
While he was hesitating, the window suddenly shattered, and a cold light pierced towards the bed.
Zu An was startled, and only breathed a sigh of relief after seeing that it was the real Ting Xue.
But he immediately became worried again, because her attack seemed ruthless.
The “Listening Snow” on the bed laughed, casually deflecting her sword: “Why are you so angry? Didn’t you two act like husband and wife for decades in the Trial World?”
“Don’t impersonate me!” Listening Snow had originally thought that by regaining her identity as the Chaos Envoy, she could return to her former ethereal state, no longer disturbed by anything or any emotion.
However, just as she was about to come and talk to Zu An, she discovered that Fireworks was impersonating her, flirting and seducing Zu An.
This was intolerable!
So she exploded.
The two quickly became i*imate in the cabin, leaving Zu An alone, clutching the blanket and trembling.
Sigh, this situation is a bit embarrassing.
What was originally a private little flirtation with Fireworks had been discovered by the real person.
Isabella and the others rushed over upon hearing the news, equally stunned to see two Listening Snows.
Fireworks, who had initially responded with a smile, also became enraged upon seeing Listening Snow’s murderous attacks.
The two clashed, the powerful pressure causing the other strong individuals on the ship to retreat.
Soon, the entire ship couldn’t withstand their onslaught and was cleaved in two by a stray sword aura.
Isabella: “…”
Everyone: “…”
The group flew into the sky, watching the two women fight their way through the air and sea, a spectacle that truly made the wind and clouds change color. They couldn’t help but secretly marvel at how fierce these two women were; they wondered which unlucky man would marry them in the future.
“Brother Zu, why are they fighting?” Isabella asked, her big eyes darting around Zu An, as if she had some gossip to share.
Zu An tightened the blanket wrapped around him, the sea breeze making his legs feel a little chilly. “Maybe it’s Fireworks pretending to be Listening to Snow.”
Although Isabella was innocent, she came from a prominent family and wasn’t ignorant. Seeing Zu An’s disheveled appearance, she roughly guessed what had happened.
She thought to herself that Brother Zu and Sister Fireworks were really playing wild games.
Suddenly, her face flushed red. She wondered if Fireworks had impersonated her and Brother Zu while they were playing…
After a while, Fireworks jumped out of the fray: “Alright, alright, there’s no point in continuing. I don’t want to put on a show for those people.”
Tingxue also sheathed her sword, knowing that Fireworks was stronger than her and unlikely to win.
Isabella quickly stepped in to smooth things over, while simultaneously pulling a ship from her magic bag and throwing it into the sea. Her cautious gaze seemed to be a reminder to the two girls not to destroy the ship.
Tingxue’s face was frosty as she turned and went back to her room.
Zuan had originally wanted to ask her what she wanted, but seeing this, he didn’t want to provoke her.
Under Alfred’s arrangement, everyone returned to their rooms, while Fireworks pulled Zuan back to his room.
Isabella opened her mouth, wanting to remind the two not to impersonate her, but how could a young girl like her say such a thing?
Moreover, she was worried that saying it would remind Fireworks, so she could only return to her room with a heavy heart.
Even in bed, Isabella couldn’t help but think about what Zu’an and Yanhua were doing in the room, whether he was pretending to be her…
“Ahhh, so embarrassing!”
For some unknown reason, Isabella buried her head in the blankets, only her legs sticking out as she kicked around in shame.
…
The next day, Zu’an wanted to ask Tingxue what she wanted to say to him yesterday, but the beauty had already vanished, leaving only a note.
Looking at the three words “I’m leaving,” Zu’an felt a pang of loss.
“Oh, so reluctant to part? I’ll conjure one up for you.” Yanhua leaned against the window with a half-smile, and as she spoke, a woman in white appeared beside her.
Zu’an quickly stopped her, his face flushing as he thought of last night’s events. No wonder Tingxue wanted to leave; what they did was truly absurd.
“Don’t rush to reminisce about Tingxue, I’m leaving too.”
“Huh?”
“I also have some things to take care of,” Fireworks’ smile vanished, the allure of the previous night gone, replaced by a chilling intent.
“Are you seeking revenge?” Zuan asked worriedly, “I can lend you a hand.”
“Don’t worry, I know my limits, I won’t be a moth drawn to a flame,” Fireworks’ expression softened, “I already know the coordinates of your world, I’ll come find you later.”
She then kissed him, and before Zuan could react, she had disappeared.
…
A few days later, the large ship returned to the seaside hotel in Dreamland, where the people of Dreamland were already waiting to welcome Zuan.
They naturally knew why he had been saved, and seeing the scene before him, Zuan understood why Fireworks had left early; otherwise, a meeting under these circumstances would have been awkward for both sides.
After the banquet, Zuan found the true Lord of Dreamland, wanting to ask if their legendary Great Prophecy could fulfill his purpose for this trip.
The Lord of Dreams looked somewhat apologetic: “The Great Prophecy spell consumes merit. We’ve been controlled by that woman for many years, and our merit is now completely depleted. I’m afraid we won’t be able to accumulate enough merit in a short time to help our benefactor fulfill his wish.”
Although he had expected this, Zaun couldn’t help but feel disappointed. In the end, they still couldn’t find a way to save them.
The Lord of Dreams seemed to feel guilty as well, and took out a colorful gem: “This is a sacred relic passed down through generations in the Dreamland—the Dream Star. Our benefactor has given us a second life, so I’m giving it to you now. It can activate luck once a day, which should help our benefactor fulfill his wish soon.”
Upon hearing its function, Zaun was stunned. Whether in his past life’s games or his experiences after transmigrating, he knew how rare the “Luck” attribute was. He never expected a treasure could enhance it, and even though it could only be used once a day, it was still incredibly powerful.
Therefore, he didn’t refuse, thanked the sender, and accepted the gift.
When he returned to his room, he encountered an excited Isabella: “Brother Zaun, my father wants to see you!”
She grabbed his hand and ran towards his room.
Zaun: “???”
