The little monster tied up the people and took them directly back to the cave. The monster king couldn’t wait to eat them.

At this time, there was a commotion outside. It turned out that Xiong Shanjun and Te Chushi came to pay a visit.

The monster king was General Yin, a white-browed tiger with hanging eyes who had cultivated into a spirit and became the king here. Seeing Xiong Shanjun and Te Chushi coming, he wanted to use the captured people to set up a banquet to entertain them and eat the meat of Tang Monk and his attendants together.

At this time, an old immortal suddenly came into the cave. He walked to Tang Xuanzang with a cane, stretched out his hand and touched it, and the rope broke. With a slight breath, Tang Xuanzang woke up and knelt down quickly: “Thank you , old man, for saving my life!”

“Get up, did you lose anything?” the old man asked.

Tang Xuanzang quickly replied: “The people who accompanied me were all eaten by monsters! I just don’t know where the luggage and horses fell!”

The old man pointed to the side: “Isn’t there a horse and two bundles there?”

Tang Xuanzang turned around and saw that it was indeed his horse and luggage. He was relieved and asked: “Old man, where is this? Why are you here?”

The old man said: “This is Shuangchaling, a den of tigers and wolves. General Yin is a tiger spirit, the hermit is a wild bull spirit, and Shanjun is a bear spirit. There are mountain spirits, tree ghosts, and monsters like wolves here. Come with me, I will take you away!” Tang

Xuanzang was very grateful and quickly put the luggage on the horse’s back, led the horse and followed the old man out of the cave carefully. While General Yin had not returned and the little monsters were drunk, they quickly fled.

When they left Shuangchaling and walked to the main road, Tang Xuanzang tied the horse, turned around and kowtowed to the old man to thank him.

The old man turned into a breeze, flew into the air, rode a crane, and flew away directly.

A note floated down from the sky, with four sentences written on it: I am Taibai Star from the West, and I have come to save you. There are gods and followers to help you on your way forward, so don’t complain about the difficulties.

Xuanzang saw it and realized that it was Taibai Star who came down to earth to save him. He immediately bowed to the sky and said, “Thank you, Venus, for saving me from this difficulty.”

Then he led the horse and continued on his way alone.

He climbed the mountain desperately and hard, but he could not see any people and there was no place to stay. It was just a wilderness.

Tang Xuanzang climbed the mountains and ridges, and he was so hungry that he was dizzy and weak. In addition, the road was rugged and he was almost exhausted.

In addition, when he was in danger, two tigers appeared in front of him and many big pythons appeared behind him.

With tigers in front and giant pythons behind him, he was so scared that his legs and feet trembled. He could only resign himself to fate and ride his horse hard.

But after running a few steps, the horse’s legs and feet became weak and suddenly knelt down on the ground and refused to run anymore. It turned out that it was frightened by the tigers and giant pythons and could not move.

Faced with such a situation, he felt extremely desperate and thought that he would die here today and become food for wild beasts.

At this time, a strong man suddenly appeared with a steel fork in his hand. He opened his mouth and made a thunderous sound with his own strength, scaring away the two tigers and the pythons.

Tang Xuanzang hurriedly clasped his hands together and shouted: “My lord, help me! My lord, help me!”

The warrior came to him, stretched out his hand to help him up: “Don’t be afraid, elder, I’m not a bad person! I am a hunter in this mountain, my surname is Liu and my name is Bochin, and my nickname is Zhenshan Taibao. I just came here and wanted to catch two tigers to eat, but I didn’t expect to meet you. What a collision!”

Tang Xuanzang was relieved when he heard this: “I am the emperor of the Tang Dynasty, a monk who went to the West to worship Buddha and seek scriptures. When I got here, I was surrounded by tigers and pythons. Fortunately, the warrior rescued me. Thank you, thank you!”

“This is still the territory of the Tang Dynasty. I am the same Tang people as you!” Liu Bochin said, “Elder, stay at my place for one night, I will send you out tomorrow!”
