[Chapter 2131 Imprisonment]

“Hua La!” Jia Zhengjin, who gave up resistance, was handcuffed with iron chains.

He was now playing the role of a carpenter. If he escaped with magic, it would be meaningless.

The Yellow Turban general led his men to escort him all the way to the governor’s office.

There was another Yellow Turban general sitting in the office, reading a book at the moment. Seeing Jia Zhengjin being escorted in, he looked at him curiously.

“General Qu,” the Yellow Turban general who brought Jia Zhengjin in clasped his fists and said, “I have captured a Han army spy!”

“Oh?” The Yellow Turban general who was sitting upstairs looked at Jia Zhengjin, “Can he be interrogated?”

“General Qu, I brought the spy here immediately after I captured him, but he has not been interrogated yet!”

“It’s unfair!” Jia Zhengjin pretended to be panicked, “I’m not a spy!” “

This man doesn’t look familiar, he doesn’t look like a native of Ye County.” The Yellow Turban general who captured him said, “He looks fair and strong, he must be the descendant of an official.”

“Oh?” The Yellow Turban general in the hall narrowed his eyes and asked Jia Zhengjin directly, “Who are you? Are you a Han army spy?”

“It’s unfair, General!” Jia Zhengjin said hurriedly, “I’m just a countryman from the mountains, I grew up in the mountains, and today is the first time I’ve come down the mountain to the city.”

“I’ve never seen a countryman as fair-skinned as you!” The Yellow Turban general who brought him in snorted coldly, “Han army spy, why don’t you come here quickly!”

“I have lived in the mountains since I was a child,” Jia Zhengjin said, “My father makes a living by hunting, and my mother farms and weaves. A few days ago, my father was killed by a lone wolf while hunting, and my mother went out to look for her husband and was hunted by wild beasts. I have no one to rely on, and I am no match for wild beasts, so I wanted to go to the city to find some work. Since I was good at carpentry since I was a child, I made some furniture and came to sell it, but I never thought I would be mistaken for a spy.

It’s really unfair! Please make the decision, General!” “Humph! A spy of the Han army, the one sitting in the hall is the great general Bo Cai, how can you hide it with your poor acting skills?” The Yellow Turban general behind him raised a steel knife, “Why don’t you confess the truth? Be careful not to become a ghost under the knife!”

“I am really wronged!” Jia Zhengjin shouted loudly, “Please understand, General!”

“Humph! You still say you are not a spy?” The Yellow Turban general behind him sneered, “You call Qu Shuai a general, you must be a member of the Han army!”

“I’m just a carpenter, how can I be a spy? It’s unfair!”

“General Qu, I will take him to the dungeon and torture him, and I will be able to find out the Han army’s plan!”

“Wait!” The Yellow Turban General Qu in the hall thought for a while, looked at Jia Zhengjin and said, “You claim to be a carpenter, can you prove it?”

“Yes, of course!” Jia Zhengjin nodded, “General Qu, just give me some wood, and you can make any wooden tools you want!”

“General Qu, this man is clearly a spy for the Han army.”

“Bring some wood here!” Bo Cai said calmly.

“General Qu!”

“Bring some wood!”

“Yes!” The Yellow Turban general looked at Jia Zhengjin and turned to leave.

After a while, he brought some people carrying several huge logs and placed them in the hall.

“Can this material be used?” Bo Cai asked.

Jia Zhengjin took a look at the huge log and nodded immediately: “I wonder what General Qu wants me to do?”

Bo Cai thought for a while, and pointed to the wooden screen next to the government office: “Can this be made?”

Screen? Fortunately, the carpenter level is full, and although the style is different from the one in front of him, it can still be made.

Jia Zhengjin nodded immediately, reached into his arms and pretended to look for tools, and took out the dagger he had prepared in advance from his virtual backpack.

After all, he didn’t have professional woodworking tools, so it was the same with a dagger.

However, when he took out the dagger, the eyes of Bo Cai and the Yellow Turban general changed, and they looked at each other as if they had confirmed something.

Of course, they didn’t speak, but just watched quietly.

Jia Zhengjin took the dagger and kept processing the huge log, gradually cutting it into different parts. After careful processing, they assembled it together to form an antique large wooden vertical screen.

After the completion, he put away the dagger and turned to look at Bo Cai: “General Qu, it’s done!”

Bo Cai’s eyes stayed on the screen for a moment, and the corners of his mouth curled up slightly: “Come on, take him down!”

The Yellow Turban general behind him immediately stepped forward and put the steel knife on Jia Zhengjin’s neck.

“General Qu, I have proved myself, why do you still do this?” Jia Zhengjin asked “panicked”.

Bo Cai stood up, walked slowly to the screen made by Jia Zhengjin, reached out and touched it: “This is very good! The blade you use is not a carpenter’s weapon.”

“General Qu, I came here in a hurry and didn’t bring carpenter’s tools!” Jia Zhengjin shouted hurriedly, “I’m really not a spy of the Han army!”

“Take him to the dungeon!” Bo Cai ignored him and gave an order.

“Yes!” The Yellow Turban general immediately took Jia Zhengjin away from the prefectural government office.

When they arrived at the dungeon, Jia Zhengjin was tied to a wooden pillar, and the Yellow Turban general who escorted him received a whip to torture him.

Suddenly, a dull horn sounded outside, followed by the sound of gongs and drums, accompanied by the Yellow Turban soldiers’ shouts of “The Han army is attacking the city.”

When the Yellow Turban general heard this sound, his face changed drastically. He looked at Jia Zhengjin fiercely: “You must be a spy! Come back to interrogate after the Han army is defeated!”

He left the cage, threw the whip aside, ordered the soldiers to keep an eye on the place, and left quickly.

Imprisoned in the dungeon, his body fixed and unable to move, Jia Zhengjin was not in a hurry. Instead, he looked around leisurely.

There seemed to be no one in the dungeon. There were only two or three prisoners besides himself.

It should not be because the security here is good, but for other reasons, right?

He was observing other prisoners, and those prisoners were also observing him.

One of them had a thick beard and kept looking over here, but when Jia Zhengjin looked at him, he immediately avoided his gaze and squatted in the corner pretending to sleep.

It seemed strange, and Jia Zhengjin didn’t bother to pay attention to him.

It was easy to leave here, and it was effortless.

But he enjoyed experiencing other identities, so he didn’t break free by force, but hung on the wooden pillar and closed his eyes to sleep.

After that, it was very noisy outside, with shouts and killings one after another, and the Yellow Turban generals didn’t come back to trouble him again.

It wasn’t until the second half of the night that it was completely quiet outside. I guess both sides have rested and will fight again tomorrow.

The Yellow Turban jailers in the dungeon were also sleepy, patrolling less and less, and the intervals were getting longer and longer.

Jia Zhengjin closed his eyes to rest, and suddenly heard a slight sound in his ears.

When he opened his eyes, he saw two tired jailers patrolling over, not very focused. When they passed by the prisoner’s cage where they had secretly observed him before, the prisoner suddenly rolled on the ground and gasped, revealing a painful expression.

Two jailers quickly opened the door to check. The prisoner suddenly stood up, wrapped an iron chain around one of his necks, and tightened it with all his strength. The

jailer next to him was horrified and quickly raised his knife to chop.

The prisoner turned around, used the jailer in his hand to block the knife, and then kicked the other jailer over. After letting go, he directly pulled the key from the waist of the jailer who was hacked to death, pushed him onto the fallen jailer, and quickly left the cell and locked it.
