Broken Night - Chapter 401
[2017 Review]
Broken Night
!
Ahem.. I forgot to update the first update of the new year. Does this mean that the next year will also…
um, no!
In the new year, it is inevitable to look back on the past year like others.
2017 has also changed a lot for me.
The job has changed, and it has become more busy.
Correspondingly, the codeword time is also changed less.
Not to lie to you, every new year, birthday, or whatever, always has something to do with writing.
Like the words I have printed in my room at home: 2018, Make Things WRITE.
Taking the homophony of “Right” and “Write” is also a warning to myself not to forget that writing is a part of my life.
The reason for this is because writing, for me, really needs too much motivation and reminders.
Unlike work, work is a necessity of my life. Without work, there is no salary, and naturally I cannot survive.
But writing as far as I am now, is sustained without any pay, only with motivation and love.
Moreover, [Broken Night] is the longest novel I have ever written. Since I started updating it in September 2016, the number of words has almost surpassed [The Way of the Game].
For me, this is more of an exercise of endurance and tenacity.
What keeps me motivated is the occasional chat with my friends about the plot trends;
the excitement after seeing every little increase in the number of favorites;
the messages in the book review area;
the weekly recommendation tickets.
I even go to vote for myself every day, hoping that more people will notice my book, my world, and my story.
It’s a new year, and in addition to work, I’m going back to school, and I need to go to class a few days a week.
Time is running out.
But I don’t want to give up, stick to the code words every day, even if it’s just a few, even 2,000 words that some old bookworms despise, but for me it’s the only time I have left.
The next year is about to start, and the plot will also accelerate. After Yunfu accepts apprentices, it officially enters the middle of the plot, and many lines and worldviews will be rolled out from then on.
Thank you for reading here, and please bear with me that I forgot to update or update the word count.
Because I have tried my best.
real.
Happy New Year.
