[Chapter 485 The Bodhisattva is Compassionate!]
The little beggar rolled his eyes, but he didn’t even open his eyes, and said weakly: “I have lived here since Changzhou, and I have lived on the alms of others all the way. I only found this ruined temple two days ago. I can’t even fill my stomach, how can I have the heart to see any Buddha statues?”
At this time, the bull-headed monster seemed to be blessed with a soul, the simple and honest expression on his face was gone, and his demeanor was extremely serious, saying: “Although I have cultivated into a demon body not long ago, I have also heard that the temples of the gods and Buddhas in Jiangling County are very effective, if I waited sincerely and begged, I would be able to get a chance.” The
little beggar sneered, squinting his eyes and said, “Let me ask you, this temple already has How long has it been since there was incense?” The
bull-headed monster was stunned for a while, then looked at the ruined temple again, and said, “Let’s talk about it for a few years.
” Sneezing and closing his eyes again, “If this temple is really effective, no one will care about it. You can’t understand such a simple truth. It’s really a fool.” The
bull-headed monster sighed and stood up straight. , walked slowly under the stone platform of the Buddha statue, looked up at the dilapidated Buddha statue, and said: “The rain is so heavy, you and I might as well give it a try, otherwise within three days, this ruined temple will be completely destroyed. Collapse, when the time comes, the sky, the body and the ghost will enter the body, and it will still be a bad end.”
His demeanor was extremely pious, as if he had suddenly changed his personality, and he respectfully knelt down towards the Buddha statue.
The little beggar was frightened by his expression, he couldn’t help sitting up straight, and fixedly looked at the cow-headed monster kneeling on the ground.
After the cow-headed monster meticulously bowed three times and nine times, he looked up at the blurred Buddha statue, and said word by word: “The Buddha is merciful, and I hope to give you a ray of vitality. The old cow will worship day and night from now on, and I will never dare to slack off in the slightest. .”
After counting the breaths, the Buddha statue did not change at all, and despair inevitably appeared on the face of the bull-headed monster.
The little beggar rolled his eyes, as if he had thought of something, and said, “Let me ask you, do you know which Buddha this is?” The
bull-headed monster shook his head, his tall body slumped to the ground, and he slumped weakly. under the stone platform.
The little beggar stood up, his eyes wandered back and forth in the small ruined temple, and finally stopped on a dilapidated wooden plaque.
He raised his leg and kicked the bull-headed monster fiercely, and said in his mouth: “Go and turn over that wooden plaque and see what is written on it.”
Seeing the little beggar’s behavior, the bull-headed monster also thought of the joints, and his eyes narrowed. Liang, with all his strength, stood up, took two steps in three steps, and grabbed the wooden plaque with one hand.
The front of the wooden plaque has always been placed towards the ground, and it has long been covered with dense spider webs. The bull-headed monster stretched out its big hand and rubbed it hard, gradually revealing several ancient seals engraved on it.
The little beggar stared at the wooden plaque without blinking, looking a little dumbfounded, and muttered: “Ma-head Vairocana Dharma Protector Mingwang Bodhisattva? What kind of Buddha is this? Why have I never heard of it?”
Suddenly, the bull-headed monster With a drastic change in expression, he pointed at the dilapidated Buddha statue on the stone platform, and said in a
trembling voice, “Ming Wang Bodhisattva has appeared!”
The twisted head of the Buddha statue with most of the missing is actually exuding the blazing Buddha light, and the golden threads intertwined, and a one-eyed horse head with closed eyes was condensed in a moment!
The golden thread circulated around and never stopped, but twisted and changed with the outline of the Buddha statue. After an unknown amount of time, a terrifying stone statue with extreme ferocity finally emerged.
The stone statue was red all over, with three faces and eight arms. On the forehead of each horse face, there was a giant eye. The three single eyes were no longer closed, but opened round, with exposed fangs, hair and beard. The red and yellow colors are erected upward, showing fearless anger.
The three sides of the horse-headed Pilu Mingwang Bodhisattva represent emptiness, spirit, and nature, the eight arms represent wisdom and compassion, the three round eyes represent the subjugation of the three demons, and the exposed fangs represent the deterrence of all evil and demonic obstacles that hinder the operation of the animal path.
There are six realms of reincarnation in the Netherworld, and each reincarnation is guarded by a Dharma Protector Ming Wang, who is worshipped by all beings in heaven and earth.
Horsehead Pilu Mingwang Bodhisattva is the king of hell who protects the way of animals.
There are many sects of Buddhism, and there are many Bodhisattvas and true Buddhas. Most of these Bodhisattvas’ dojos are not located in Mount Sumeru, but scattered in the Three Realms.
After the last immeasurable calamity, the nominal co-owner of heaven and earth was the Thirty-Three Heavenly Court, but the thirty-three-day Heavenly Court after the great calamity was not able to put pressure on the Buddhist origin religion.
This also led to the more serious conflicts among many Bodhisattvas in order to compete for merit and luck. If the creatures in their respective dojos were slightly careless, extremely tragic conflicts would break out.
The world of ghosts and the cycle of the six realms is under the control of the Venerable Ksitigarbha King Bodhisattva. The Venerable Ksitigarbha King Bodhisattva once said, “The hell is not empty, and the true Buddha will not be realized.” This bodhisattva can compete with the Infinite Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva. He is supremely powerful, and this horse-headed Bodhisattva Pilu Mingwang, who protects the way of animals, is one of the kings of hell under his seat.
Although they belong to the source religion of the Buddhist family, the lineage of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva has never traveled to Nanzhanbuzhou and Xiniuhezhou to preach, and now there is a Buddha statue of Matou Pilu Mingwang Bodhisattva in the Eastern Land Tang Dynasty. People are incredible.
Although the Matou Pilu Mingwang Bodhisattva has been awarded the title of “Bodhisattva”, he has no real “Bodhisattva” cultivation at all. As the King of Hell, it is only because he guards the animal path, one of the six cycles, and has a special status. He raised his title by half a step and called him “Matou Pilu Mingwang Bodhisattva”.
In the light of the Buddha’s light, the space under the stone platform was distorted, and more than ten plates of spirits, fruit, wine, and delicacies appeared one after another.
The seductive fragrance of fairy fruit spirit wine filled the entire temple in an instant, the cow-headed monster knelt on the ground, saliva uncontrollably flowed out of his mouth, but he still bowed a few times to the dilapidated Buddha statue that had been restored to its original state. I just grabbed a plate of delicious food and ate it up.
The little beggar came back to his senses, looked up at the eerie Buddha statue, sniffed the aroma of the sweet wine in his mouth and nose, grabbed a pot of fine wine and poured it into his mouth.
He drank too quickly, and was actually choked by the spirit wine. The little beggar coughed a few times until the snot and tears flowed down. In Jiangling County, I’m afraid I can’t buy a thousand immortal stones! I really never imagined that I would be rescued by a god and Buddha who I thought was useless!”
After drinking the pot of spirit wine, the little beggar will Putting the jug aside, he used all his strength to stand up. He walked respectfully to the stone platform of the Buddha statue. He knelt down reverently, bowed his head and said, “The Bodhisattva is merciful! The Buddha is merciful!
” Seeing this, the cow-headed monster who was eating the sea and drinking also stopped eating, and then knelt down together, bowed his head and said: “The Bodhisattva is merciful!”
